From Waste Foam to Valuable Ingot
Feeding & Shredding
Bulky foam waste is fed into the hopper, where a high-torque shredder breaks it into small, uniform pieces.
Chauffage & Fonderie
The shredded pieces are conveyed into the heating barrel by a specialized screw mechanism, where they are melted into a molten state.
Extrusion
The screw pushes the molten plastic through a die, purging gases and impurities while forming a continuous, dense rope of material.
Cooling & Solidifying
The extruded material cools rapidly upon exiting the machine, solidifying into dense, hard ingots or blocks.
Collection & Sale
The finished ingots are easily stacked on pallets for storage, transport, and sale to plastic recyclers and manufacturers.
