This machine’s compactor unit is robust and can handle materials with up to 5% moisture. However, for the absolute best performance and highest pellet quality, we recommend feeding materials with a moisture content below 3%.

Absolutely. The single-screw design, combined with an effective vacuum degassing zone, is highly efficient at removing inks and volatiles. This ensures clean, high-quality pellets even from heavily printed source materials.
